J&K Woodproducts is delighted to share with you the completion of our latest project: A kitchen that basks in the warm glow of handcrafted cabinets. Just the right touch of ornamation and appointments. Functional. Solid. Dependable.

The kitchen consists of seventeen cabinets that were painstakenly handcrafted from three-quarter inch red oak, furniture grade, plywood. The doors are raised panels with a Roman arch design. The wall cabinets have adjustable shelves. The base corner cabinet is a Lazy Suzan. One of the base cabinets has a convenient pull-out trash receptacle.

The drawers and four pullouts are made with dovetail joinery. The door hinges are hidden self-closing and soft-closing. The drawer slides are also hidden self-closing and soft-closing. The two bathroom vanities are constructed in like manner with the same fit, finish, and lasting functionality.

Stain and oils are chestnut oil-based stain, finished with a vinyl sealer coat, and three coats of moisture resistant lacquer with a medium rubbed sheen.

Presented below are a few choice furniture items and accessories we can make for your home.

• Solid white oak entry bench (Length 42" x Width 16" x Hight 34"). Arm rests are rigidly fastned through with tenons.
• Black walnut stepping stool (Lenght 13.5" x Width 10" x Hight 10.5").
• Hayrake family dining table crafted from oak (Length 96" x Width 36" x Hight 30.5"). Construction features are screwless fasteners, fashioned through mortise and tenon pegged and wedged assembly. Completed with generous top coats of walnut lacquer finish to enhance the beautiful wood grain and for surface protection.
• Cabinet door sample panels with deer and leaf carvings that were created using modern computerised (CNC) techniques.
• On the left is a wall plaque (11x27 inches) of an elk created by CNC process on a segment of walnut timber.
